Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

5. Refunds
Since all payments are made via Cash on Delivery, direct cash refunds are not issued. However, if a return is accepted and no suitable exchange is available, we may offer an alternative resolution, which will be discussed with you on a case-by-case basis.
